An A&S hero platter starts the way every Italian American sandwich should: with a 2-foot hero of our crusty, sesame-studded semolina bread, baked that morning. Then we load it with imported Prosciutto di Parma, hot or sweet soppressata, Sicilian mortadella, sweet coppa, sharp provolone, fresh-pulled mozzarella, roasted red peppers, marinated artichokes, baby arugula, EVOO and aged balsamic from Modena. Sliced clean across the table. Trayed and ready to grab.

Order our combination Italian hero platter — half A&S Special (prosciutto, soppressata, mortadella, fresh mozz), half Tarantella Turkey (hand-carved turkey, fresh mozz, sun-dried tomato aioli, baby arugula). Need individually wrapped Italian lunches for a corporate meeting, client lunch, or event where guests don’t share trays? We pack each hero in a labeled box with chips, a cookie, and a napkin. Pick three to five sandwich types and we’ll vary them across your headcount — no two boxes the same so guests have options. Standard boxed Italian lunch: $17–22 per person, fully customizable.
